La Casa Musicale, a hotel, restaurant, and artists' residence in Pigna (Balagne, Upper Corsica), is looking for waiters and waitresses for the 2026 season to join our friendly and professional team. Our charming hotel, family-run restaurant, artists' residences, gastronomic events, and excellent wine list make us a perfect fit. Knowledge and/or an interest in wine will be highly valued.

Job description:

• Service

- Food and beverage service: catering (lunch and dinner) and beverage service

- Welcoming customers, monitoring tables from arrival to departure: taking orders, providing advice, serving food and drinks, clearing tables

- Setting the tables

- Beverage preparation

- Bar dive

- Taking reservations for the restaurant in person and by phone

• Interview

- Daily cleaning and setup of the terrace, garden, bar, toilets, and ice cream area

- Maintenance of the bar's storage area

- Bar waste management

• Management

- Restocking of refrigerators and consumables at the end of all services and prior verification

- Handing over products that are running low in stock to the dining room manager

• Annex and ad hoc

- Escorting hotel guests to their rooms

- Assisting the housekeeping team with transporting linens within the hotel buildings

• Weekly debriefing with the room manager

Desired skills
